Changed your mind?

If you change your mind:
The Swedish Church in Melbourne accepts returns of UNUSED and UNOPENED products, providing they are returned within 14 days of the PURCHASE date, excluding the original shipping fee.

To return a product, please Contact us to let us know you would like to arrange a product return. We'll advise the best address for you to send the products to. Pack and seal the item/s in their original shipping package and post them back to us. 

Provided that we receive the products in their original UNUSED and UNOPENED condition, we will arrange for the original purchase price (EXCLUDING original postage fees) to be refunded to the purchaser's credit card. 

Damaged or Faulty product?

We take great care packing your items carefully to avoid any damage in transit or faulty products to be sold to our customers, but unfortunately this happens from time to time.  
If, for whatever reason, any products purchased via the Swedish Church in Melbourne's online shop arrive damaged or faulty, we ask that you let us know within 2 days upon receiving them. We will do our outmost to rectify the issue by providing a replacement product, refund or a credit store to be used at a later stage.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a notification from us. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note that only regular priced items and products can enjoy a refund, NO SALES ITEMS.
